Duties
- Manage field service operations of the branch.
- Completion of field service work as it relates to escalated issues, complicated jobs, or volume based on personal judgement and direction from BOM
- Maintain customer relationships and assist with any service discrepancies.
- Answer and assist technicians with any questions they may have.
- Provide technical oversight for field technicians
- Review and approve team quotes for technical accuracy
- Assist with technician reviews
- Assist in the training processes, procedures, and development for new technicians.
- Promote safe work practices on work sites based on company and safety handbook guidelines
- Assist with identifying and maintaining proper inventory levels on trucks and in warehouse
- Review escalated service issues with BOM
- Assist service coordinator with scheduling
- Attend workshops and seminars to enhance knowledge of equipment and business
- Perform any other duties requested by the BOM
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or technical degree (preferred).
- At least two years of managerial experience in similar field.
- Experience in the food service industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 30 feet.
- Must be able to work in food service environment.
- Must be able to work in extreme conditions (i.e.: hot, cold, dirty environment, etc.)
- Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel.
- Must be able to safely drive to and from portal to portal.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
