Duties
- Prepare, review and process all warranty claims according to manufacturer’s requirements
- Create, develop, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing manufacturers
- Document and track claims through completion
- Adhere to warranty guidelines, agreements, and company policies
- Assist various departments to fulfill all warranty requirements
- Gather additional required information from technicians to assist in the verification processes of warranty on commercial restaurant equipment
- Develop new ways to serve our customers throughout the warranty process
- Update internal warranty records to maintain filing compliance
- Maintain knowledge on various manufacturer warranty programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances
- (computer screens, accounting ledgers).
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (repetitive motion).
- Ability to sit or stand in front of a computer screen for long periods of time.
